Cancellation Policy
1. Web Design and Development Services:
- Pre-Approval: Cancellations made before the final approval to get started with the project from the client over email will incur no charges.
- Post-Approval: If you choose to cancel the project after the final approval has been given, you will be responsible for 80% of the total project cost.
- Post-Completion: Cancellations are not accepted after the project has been completed and delivered.
2. Digital Marketing Services:
- Monthly Retainer: Our retainer services require a minimum commitment of 6 months. Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 2 months’ notice if you wish to discontinue the service after the initial 6-month period.
- One-Time Campaigns: Cancellations for one-time campaigns, cancellations are not permitted.

- Webinsight maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services, including web design, development, and digital marketing services, once work has commenced.
